As an educator, for over 15 years, I provide my students with individual ATTENTION, CARE, & DEDICATION, empowering each of them with the life long skill of HOW TO LEARN, utilizing mastery-based processes, academic awareness, self RESPECT, and personal creativity. My goal is to INSPIRE the LOVE of LEARNING and guide students to develop the academic, social, & creative skills needed to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Again, our primary mission is to TEACH students HOW to LEARN, rather than what to learn. Understanding HOW TO LEARN is truly the gift that keeps on giving. WE utilize the fundamental learning tools provided by Prenda, allowing students to focus on building foundational skills in mathematics, reading, typing, language, handwriting, including cursive, to develop their own creative power of imagination. We offer a home learning environment that is academically challenging as well as socially & emotionally nurturing, designed to prepare students for success in school and in life.
