Hello, My name is Denise and I'm so excited for this new adventure! I've been married for 40 years, we have 5 children and 1 grandchild. I am an active member in our local church. It's my desire to provide a safe and loving, Christian learning environment for each child that attends His Kids Microschool. When my kids were younger, I homeschooled them for about 5 years, volunteered in grades K-5 in our local public school, and later on ran a daycare in our home. I am a former private school teacher. It's been a very rewarding experience working and volunteering in the education field. I love to see my students light up when they are engaged in learning. It's my desire to make a space that all kids can thrive. Each child learns differently and at their pace. That's why I chose this home education program. I'm looking forward to the new school year!
