A gentle guide creating a warm, family-like learning environment where children feel safe, seen, and inspired to grow
I am the guide at Kindred Collective Microschool, supporting children through a learning experience rooted in curiosity, connection, and respect for the whole child. My role as a guide is to create a calm, nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore, ask questions, and grow at their own pace. I believe learning is not one-size-fits-all, and I honor each child’s unique strengths, interests, and way of engaging with the world. Rather than directing learning from the front of the room, I walk alongside children — observing, listening, and offering guidance when needed. I value hands-on experiences, meaningful projects, and real-world learning that helps children build confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning. At the heart of my work is relationship. I believe strong connections between children, families, and guides create the foundation for deep learning and emotional well-being. My goal is to support children not only academically, but socially and emotionally, helping them grow.
