Hello! I'm Shazia Iqbal, an educator, STEM leader, and lifelong learner with more than 25 years of experience working with schools, teachers, and students across the United States, the Middle East, South Asia, and Latin America. Throughout my career, I've worked in classrooms, school leadership, curriculum development, teacher training, and educational innovation. My passion has always been helping young people discover their strengths, think creatively, ask meaningful questions, and become confident lifelong learners. As the mother of my youngest daughter, Noorie, who has Down syndrome, my understanding of education has grown far beyond academics. She has taught me that every child learns differently, deserves to belong, and has unique gifts to share. Having lived and worked around the world, I believe children learn best when they are encouraged to ask questions, embrace different perspectives, and develop confidence in who they are. That belief inspired me to create Noor Learning Studios—a place where children are known, celebrated, and supported as individuals.
