Our Microschool was founded by a dedicated mother-daughter team, Dr. Peggy Elder and Tre’Neice Elder, who are passionate about creating a supportive, student-centered learning environment. Dr. Peggy Elder brings over 20 years of experience in education and leadership. She holds a Doctorate of Education from Ferris State University and has served in roles including Special Education Teacher, Sped/504 Coordinator, and Adjunct Professor. She is committed to helping every student reach their full potential through personalized learning and strong support systems. Tre’Neice Elder has 6 years of experience in education and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Prairie View A&M University. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with students and creating engaging, adaptable learning experiences that support academic and personal growth. Together, they are committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where every child is valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
