Hello! My name is Esther, and I am an experienced educator passionate about supporting children’s academic and personal growth. I have worked with elementary students in English monolingual classrooms, Spanish bilingual programs, and special education settings, giving me a strong understanding of how children learn in different ways. I am a certified Special Education teacher with experience supporting neurodivergent learners and creating inclusive, student-centered environments that meet a wide range of needs. I believe learning should be meaningful, engaging, and personalized. As the guide at Rise & Bloom Learning, my goal is to provide a highly individualized learning experience, including a 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio so each child receives the attention and support they need to thrive. I am excited to build a small, nurturing community where students grow in confidence, independence, a love for learning, and strong social-emotional skills, while feeling supported every step of the way.
