I have worked with a wide range of children with diverse learning abilities, behavioral needs, and social skills. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the importance of meeting each child where they are and helping them grow with confidence. Through my experience in schools, I have seen an increasing focus on testing and academic performance, often at the expense of teaching and supporting the whole child. Every child deserves opportunities to develop not only academically but also socially and emotionally. My goal is to build a community where children can be themselves, feel accepted, and develop the skills to work through challenges in healthy, respectful ways. I want to create an environment where children of all abilities can build friendships, practice communication and problem-solving skills, and gain confidence in a supportive, inclusive space.
