Building the School I Wish Existed

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2016 and spent eight years teaching 4th-6th grade reading and writing in public schools, primarily in 4th grade. In 2024, I transitioned from the classroom to become Director of Apogee League City, where I continue pursuing my passion for helping children and families thrive. While leaving public education was bittersweet, I found a new opportunity to make a meaningful impact by building a learning community that empowers families, develops strong character, and inspires a lifelong love of learning. I remain committed to serving learners as a mentor, leader, and advocate for an education that prepares children to flourish both in school and in life.
