Keianna Rucker
I am the founder and lead guide of Atlas Leadership Microschool, a small, relationship-centered learning community created for students who thrive in supportive, personalized environments. Atlas was born from a deep belief that education should feel meaningful, empowering, and connected—never one-size-fits-all. As a guide, I work closely with students and families to create individualized learning experiences that honor each child’s pace, strengths, and curiosity. Our IB-inspired, mastery-based approach encourages students to think critically, ask thoughtful questions, and grow into confident, capable leaders. Mixed-age collaboration and hands-on learning allow students to learn with and from one another while building strong academic and social foundations. At the heart of Atlas is community. I believe learning is most powerful when families and educators work together, and I am committed to creating a warm, welcoming space where students feel seen, supported, and challenged to become their best selves. My work is guided by care, purpose, and a genuine love for helping young people discover their potential.
