I have been teaching for over 25 years and have a special place in my heart for all my students. I have taught in public school, charter schools and private schools. I have taught grades K-8 in general education and special education. I have over 13 years of experience working with students with disabilites. I have a BS in Social Sciences from the University of Northern Colorado, a Master's in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix and a Special Education Certification from Grand Canyon University. I have been married for 18 years and have 2 amazing children! Ella is 15 and loves playing sports with special needs students, animals and art. Ellis is 13 and loves games and Youtubers! I can wait to meet you and your children! Learning is the most precious gift we can give our kids and I believe that all kids not only have the right to learn, but have the right to learn in a way that makes sense to them.
