I am Michelle Van, Founder and Educational Director of Don Bosco Academy Microschool. I hold a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Texas State University. With over 20 years in education, I have served as a K–8 Math and Technology teacher and academic coach, supporting students through instruction, personalized learning, SAT preparation, and college admissions guidance. I believe every child has unique gifts and thrives when given individualized support, meaningful learning experiences, and a nurturing environment. I am committed to educating the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and morally—while fostering confidence, responsibility, perseverance, integrity, and leadership. At Don Bosco Academy Microschool, I provide personalized instruction through small-group learning and targeted academic support. My goal is to help students build strong academic foundations while developing character and lifelong learning skills, preparing them for success in K–12, college, career, and beyond.
