Great Endeavors Academy

I am a retired teacher with 35 years of experience in both private and public educational settings. Throughout my career I specialized in middle school mathematics though I have had experience with elementary through ninth grade students. I hold a BA in Education and an MA in Biblical Studies. My passion for teaching children extends beyond the classroom as I have tutored numerous students and homeschooled my children and grandson. I have served as a youth director as well as coached elementary through high school sports during my teaching career. Now, I am dedicated to supporting homeschooling parents. I offer teaching assistance to support your homebased learning by personalized instruction to your child in core subjects with an emphasis on mathematics. We will enjoy project based learning as well as game based learning for the different subjects. My goal is to make learning fun and to ensure that every child receives the attention and educational support they need to thrive. This support is given in the privacy of my home in a Christ centered environment.
