Hi, I'm Chasity, founder of Haven Learning Pod. I am a Florida-certified teacher with classroom experience since 2017, having taught students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of learners, which has shaped my belief that every child deserves an education that meets them where they are. My passion for creating Haven Learning Pod comes from both my professional experience and my personal journey as a parent. I have seen firsthand how easily children can lose their confidence and love of learning in traditional classroom settings when their individual needs are not fully supported. Haven Learning Pod was created to offer something different - a safe, nurturing environment where students can slow down, build confidence, and rediscover the joy of learning. Through small group instruction, hands-on projects, and a supportive atmosphere, I strive to create meaningful learning experiences that help each child grow both academically and personally. I am passionate about helping children feel seen, capable, and excited about learning again.
