Launchpad Academy is a program at Treasure Coast ABA Service's for children who need a school program to feel different. For some kids, a traditional public school setting is simply too much. The classrooms are too large, the pace moves too quickly, the noise never really stops, and there may not be enough time or support for a child who learns, communicates, or processes the world in their own way. That is why Launchpad Academy exists. We are here for children who may not fit neatly into the expectations of a typical classroom, but who still deserve a place where they are seen, supported, and believed in. Many of our students may have autism, developmental delays, communication needs, behavioral challenges, sensory sensitivities, or simply a learning style that requires a more individualized approach. The name Launchpad Academy was chosen on purpose. A launchpad is where preparation happens before takeoff. It is where careful planning, the right support, and steady guidance come together. Every child’s liftoff looks different. Our tagline says it best: every child ready for liftoff. At Launchpad Academy, we are not asking children to shrink themselves to fit the classroom. We are building a classroom that helps them rise.
