I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than five years of experience working with children with neurodiverse needs, beginning my career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and continuing my journey as a BCBA. Through my hands-on experience supporting students with Autism, ADHD, and other learning differences, I recognized the growing need for a more personalized, one-to-one educational approach that traditional classroom settings often cannot provide. This passion inspired me to create a microschool environment focused on individualized learning, emotional support, and academic growth tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. My goal is to provide a nurturing and inclusive space where students can build confidence, develop independence, and thrive both academically and socially.
