I love guiding Prenda students! As a mother of 3 children who have been in both public schools and home school, I understand the struggles that can come with education. That's why I am so passionate about the Prenda Microschool model. It's a beautiful blend of both worlds. I've been a Prenda guide for 5 1/2 years. Our class is goal-oriented and creativity-focused. We nurture leadership skills and values. Writing, music, art, cooking, outdoors, gardening, exercise, hands-on learning and games have a strong presence in our daily learning. We collaborate with a neighboring microschool to go on weekly park visits, monthly field trips, and quarterly project presentations. The microschool has a class assistant, 2 dogs, and a trampoline with an underground garden. My students love my class!
