Hello! My name is Kaneisha Rainford, and I am the founder and guide of Nurture Nest Academy. I am an experienced educator with over 13 years of experience supporting student growth in both K–12 and higher education settings. My background includes teaching, instructional leadership, and academic support, with a strong passion for helping students build confidence and thrive academically. Throughout my career, I have specialized in helping students close learning gaps and reach grade-level proficiency through intentional instruction, personalized support, and strong foundational skill development. I believe every child can succeed when given the right environment, encouragement, and individualized attention. At Nurture Nest Academy, I strive to create a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment where children grow academically, socially, and emotionally through hands-on learning, meaningful connections, and purposeful exploration. As both an educator and a parent, I understand the importance of trust when families choose a learning environment, and my goal is to partner with families to nurture confident, capable, and compassionate future leaders.
