Hi! My name is Kelli, and I have been a Prenda Micro school guide for 8 years. I love working with children and helping them learn. I have over a decade of experience in education before moving into the medical field. I found Prenda when I was looking for an alternative to traditional schooling for my child. I fell in love with the model where each child has the freedom to direct their own learning at their own pace, and I just knew I had to be a part of it! I started this journey, and I couldn't be happier. My micro-school is located on my farm and 4 acres. I use animals to enrich learning for all my students. I like to do hands-on science experiments, read aloud, and cooperative learning each week. Our Micro-school is very active in our community: We enjoy our monthly community service projects and our monthly field trips.
