Rinna Harris brings over 15 years of experience educating children of all ages. Her diverse educational background, spanning the Philippines, the Bahamas, and the United States, provides her with a unique perspective in creating structured yet flexible learning environments where students can thrive. She successfully owned and operated a home-based Montessori preschool for over 10 years. In 2020, she founded Harris Academy, a preparatory learning center in Gilbert, Arizona, dedicated to serving families and learners in Grades 4-8. Rinna also serves as a coach, assisting aspiring educators in starting their own microschools. She is passionate about the personalized approach to education in microschooling and enjoys seeing students succeed. Rinna is the mother of seven children and holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
