With over 20 years of dedicated service in the field of social services, Alesia Glass-Rhodes is a seasoned youth-focused professional committed to empowering and transforming the lives of at-risk and underserved youth. Her career spans various impactful roles, including Youth Mental Health Case Manager, Dependency Case Manager, Juvenile Justice Diversion Officer, and Director of Education, where she has consistently advocated for systems that support positive youth development. Alesia holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Juvenile Justice, as well as a Master’s degree in Management. She is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree and certification in Behavior Analysis, with a focus on applying behavioral science to improve outcomes within educational, justice, and community-based settings.
