Meet Tiera Gamble, Founder and Educator at Unity Bridge Academy. With over four years of classroom experience, she brings a passion for early education rooted in play-based, developmentally appropriate practices. As a former lead teacher and curriculum coach for three early learning centers, Tiera has guided programming, mentored educators, and aligned curriculum with learning standards. Her leadership experience also includes serving as an assistant director, where she supported operations, staff development, and family engagement. Currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education, she remains dedicated to lifelong learning. Unity Bridge Academy was founded to create a nurturing, student-centered environment where every child is seen, supported, and challenged. With a micro school model focused on personalized learning in small group settings, students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
