Over 30 yrs experience in educational arenas including public school, private school, and charter school instruction, as well as time spent as a corporate trainer. I most enjoy working with children! I'm a mother of 3 amazing humans, and grandmother of 3 darling girls. In addition to classroom teaching I've enjoyed 25+ years of music and art instruction, teaching piano, voice, choir, music appreciation, stage direction, painting and paper-crafting. I love the outdoors... parks, lakes, beaches, backyards, even enchanted forests! I am happiest when pretending, singing, dancing and creating! I owned and directed a preschool in my home for 12 years when my children were young. I majored in Early Childhood Education in college and am fascinated by child development. I've served as Director over 4 brain development centers, have worked with at-risk youth, children with social and developmental delays, as well as kiddos on the spectrum. After many years in professional capacities, I am finally at a point in my life where I am returning to my first love--working with children. It's exciting to be in a home setting where I can partner with Prenda to create a dynamic, safe, kind, loving, fun atmosphere where kids can bloom and thrive.
